Every journey is accompanied by a thoughtfully curated playlist, designed to support the energy in the room. The music ranges from ambient and classical to experimental and techno, weaving a sonic landscape that enhances the exploration.

Reclaiming the Body’s Wisdom Retreat
In a world that constantly draws our attention outward, it is vital to reconnect with the body—the sacred home that holds all of our experiences, emotions, and traumas. During this retreat, we will explore the deeper layers of embodiment, moving beyond the idea that we merely have a body to the understanding that we are our body and that the body is not an isolated, individual entity but is always in relation, constantly entangled with the world, nature, and other beings.
