Terms and Conditions

  1. SCOPE
    The association "ƒome collective" organizes the retreats and projects. These Terms and Conditions apply to all retreats, as well as other events and projects organized by the association "ƒome collective". The contractual partners are the association "ƒome collective" and the participants.

  2. REGISTRATION
    To confirm your place on our retreat or project, a non-refundable deposit of CHF 500 per person must be made upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. After completing your registration, you will receive all additional information, including payment details. Please note that this registration is binding.

  3. PARTICIPATION FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
    A participation fee is charged for attending the offered events, which can be found on the our website.

  4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
    To secure your spot in our retreat or project, a non-refundable deposit of CHF 500 per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you choose to cancel more than 40 days before the retreat begins, you will forfeit your deposit, but no further payment will be due. If cancellation occurs within 40 days of the retreat start date, the full retreat fee will be charged. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the venue, instructors, or scheduled activities as needed to better accommodate the retreat. Such changes do not qualify participants for a refund of their deposit.

    We do NOT assume any responsibility for cancellations, delays, or alterations caused by war, the threat of war, terrorist activities or threats, airport closures, civil unrest, strikes, natural disasters, transportation issues, staff unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are also not liable for any medical or psychiatric issues that may arise during or after the retreat, or for any loss or damage to participants' personal belongings.

  5. VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS
    Discounts are applied with a valid discount code. The discount is only granted if entered in the designated field at the time of registration. Discounts cannot be combined. No discounts will be granted retroactively on existing registrations. Discount codes can be used for all offers conducted or invoiced by the association "ƒome collective".

  6. LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS/ILLNESS/DAMAGES
    Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. The association "ƒome collective" disclaims any liability for accidents, illness, or personal property damage, to the extent permitted by law.

  7. LIABILITY FOR THEFT AND/OR LOSS
    The association "ƒome collective" is not liable for theft or loss of valuables or cash.

  8. HEALTH INFORMATION
    By registering, participants confirm that they are in good health and can participate in the program without restrictions. Participants are responsible for their own involvement in workshops, hikes, and other activities. Any allergies and necessary medications must be communicated in writing to the association "ƒome collective" and the camp management before the camp begins. Participants should use their own judgment to ensure activities are suitable for their level of training, overall physical fitness, and mental stability.

  9. CAMP CANCELLATION
    The association "ƒome collective" reserves the right to cancel the projects in case of insufficient participation or other unforeseen reasons, with a refund of the participation fee.

  10. PHOTO, DATA, AND FILM RIGHTS
    By registering, participants consent to the association "ƒome collective" taking and using photographs and video recordings (data) of them. These may be distributed and publicly displayed (including on the internet) for promotional purposes. Participants can refuse this consent by notifying the association "ƒome collective" in writing before the camp begins.

  11. TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE
    To protect your investment, we strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance after making your reservation. Depending on the policy, this insurance may cover some or all cancellation fees. Most insurance providers require purchase within 14 days of booking. We also recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected events. Participants should also consider health insurance and be aware that they participate in activities at their own risk.

  12. JURISDICTION
    Swiss law exclusively applies to these Terms and Conditions. The exclusive jurisdiction is Willisau (LU).
