home retreat

27 november - 1 december 2024

At our retreat, we invite you to embark on a transformative journey into the heart of what it means to truly come home. "Home" is more than just a place—it's a feeling, a sanctuary, and a state of being. Through our carefully curated workshops, practices, and experiences, you will delve deeply into the concept of Home, exploring its many dimensions.

This retreat takes place in December, a time when the demands of care work and the holiday season can be particularly overwhelming, especially for women. As the year comes to a close, many of us find ourselves caught in the stress of external expectations and responsibilities. Our retreat offers a sacred pause in this hectic season—a moment to step back, breathe, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This is the perfect time to embrace the idea of home not only as a personal sanctuary but also as a connection to the broader world. Our focus on "Homecoming" will guide you in rediscovering and returning to your true self, fostering a profound sense of personal reconnection. You will learn to extend this sense of "Home to the World," expanding your feeling of belonging and connection to the larger global community.

In harmony with this theme, we emphasize the importance of "Nature" as a source of balance and peace. As winter approaches, we will create a "Cozy Home in Winter," offering a warm and comforting environment for reflection and renewal during the colder months. Whether through movement, meditation, or community, you will find a nurturing space that supports both your inner and outer world.

Join us in this holistic experience where you can cultivate a deep sense of belonging, not just within yourself, but with the world around you. This December, come home to yourself, to nature, and to the world.

atmosphere

Our retreat is designed to cultivate an atmosphere of deep connection and renewal. Experience a cozy and inviting environment where female circles foster warmth and community. Embrace the spirit of winter love and challenge yourself in a supportive setting where you are encouraged to push your boundaries but also given the freedom to skip any activity if you choose.

In this nurturing space, we emphasize the importance of Letting Go, encouraging you to release stress and embrace a sense of freedom. Through our focus on Liberation, you'll have the opportunity to discover and reconnect with a renewed sense of self.

Our retreat is deeply Nature-Centric, promoting engagement with the natural world and its rhythms. We believe in the principle that We Are Nature, guiding you to connect with the essence of nature within yourself and fostering a profound alignment with the natural environment around you.

Additionally, we will dedicate time to Reflecting on the Past Year, offering space to thoughtfully consider your experiences and growth over the last year. As we look forward, we'll also engage in Intention Setting for the year ahead, guiding you in defining meaningful intentions and aspirations for the future. This holistic approach aims to foster a sense of closure, renewal, and purposeful direction as you step into the new year.
